If you get an order and aren’t satisfied in any way, we will accept returns within the first 30 days after you get the product. Returned items must be in the original packaging with any instructions or manuals that were originally included in the package. After we receive the item, we will send a replacement item or refund your purchase at your discretion. We will cover shipping costs for returns due to failure or defective products. Return shipping on returns for other reasons will be the responsibility of the purchaser. Please ask about color palettes and samples before ordering if you’re not sure!
Keep in mind that orders from other sites such as Amazon.com should be returned to Amazon following their return policy. We can’t accept those returns since we don’t have your payment and order information. Sorry!
If you need to return the item, you can visit this page to get a return label for the package. Be sure to also email us at our support address, email@example.com or contact us via chat to coordinate the return. It’s a lot easier if we know your return is coming and who should get the credit for it!
